Tenor Du Gue, a new addition to Lövsta Stuteri's stallion program for 2024

Lövsta Stuteri is adding an exciting new stallion in their program 2024, the approved Selle Francais stallion Tenor Due Gue (2007, Opium de Talma-Banboula du Thot) . Tenor Du Gue has had a highly successful international career with riders Cyril Bouvard (FRA) and Jonna Ekberg (SWE), achieving numerous international placements in five-star 160 classes.

- "Tenor is an individual with an amazing attitude and exciting French bloodlines. He was just in the sport until he was 10 years old but still managed to show incredible development at the highest level with Jonna Ekberg. His offspring look very promising, and I truly believe he could contribute a lot to Swedish breeding," says Alexandra Mörner, responsible for the show jumping stallion program at Lövsta Stuteri and the fifth generation of the owning family.

In addition to his success on the international stage, Tenor Due Gue also has a highly interesting pedigree. He comes from a performance-proven mare line, with several offspring competing at the 150-160 level. On the sire's side, Opium de Talma has achieved success both in competition and in breeding.
Tenor Du Gue's first foals in Sweden were born in 2022, and several of them have been shown with great success at foal showings. The winner of the National Foal Championship at Strömsholm in 2022, Zion, is sired by Tenor Due Gue.
In 2023, Tenor Due Gue was stationed at Stockholm Seminstation but is now located at Lövsta Seminstation at Stjärnborg.
