Borebackar
Since the spring of 2020, Lövsta has also been an important partner in Skåne, as a member of the owner family has settled down there.
Borebackar Gård is located in Torna-Hällestad just northeast of Lund. The facility has 18 boxes, riding stables, large outdoor track and walking machine. There is also all facilities to collect the stallions and an examination room where veterinarians can receive customers.
At Borebackar, showjumpers are trained and through the collaboration with Lövsta Stuteri also showjumping stallions. Skåne offers great opportunities both for training in the form of open courses and a large selection of competitions at all levels, which provides good conditions for training the stallions. The proximity to the continent comes with several advantages - a larger range of competitions and proximity to the business's important partners in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Borebackar is owned by Alexandra Mörner and her husband Niko Röhlcke. Stable manager is Rebecca Milton who has long worked with Lövsta Stuteri with Lövsta's show jumping stallions. Lövsta's breeding advisor, Jens Fredricson, who is an important person for Lövsta's breeding activities. Jens is often at Borebackar Gård and supports in the work of developing Lövsta's top stallions.
