El Barone 111 approved in BWP
BWP enlarges its stallion collection with four high quality stallions we are proud to announce that our El Barone 111 is one of them. El Barone and his rider Malin Baryard Johnsson has during 2021 achieved promising results in the international circuit with placements up to CSI5* 155 classes. In June, in St Gallen, the top combination started their first 5* 160 GP.
The BWP stallion selection normally consists of three stages, consisting of veterinary examinations, valuation of the conformation and gaits, free jumping and riding. In the end, high quality stallions with valuable genetics can be presented to the breeders.
A stallion can also be accepted on the basis of particular own performances or promising offspring. Such a recognition will be done in consultation with the competent authorities of BWP thereby also taking into account the elements noticed at the first presentation.
On the basis of the above-mentioned elements, the Studbook Committee decided at its last meeting to award the label “BWP approved stallion” to El Barone 111 and three other BWP registered stallions.
Except from his great results in the international circuit El Barone already has two offspring that are approved stallions.
