Presentation
Janeiro Platinum was approved in DVH (Danish Warmblood) after completing a very good 35-day stallion performance test in 2018 and was awarded a total score of 850. He was also praised for his excellent rideability and work attitude.
In the Swedish Stallion Performance test in 2021, he received excellent exterior scores of 9-9-7-8-9. As a six-year-old, he won the qualification for the Danish Young Horse Championship in Denmark with a score of 9.74. He was awarded a perfect 10 for both canter and rideability, 9.6 for trot, 9.3 for walk, and an impressive 9.8 for overall impression. The final was canceled due to COVID-19. He was also selected to represent the Netherlands in the Young Horse World Championships in 2020. In the fall of 2021, Janeiro Platinum, ridden by Sofie Lexner, won the Agria Star of Tomorrow at Elmia with an impressive score of 78.9%.

Pedigree
The sire, Sezuan, was awarded Elite status in Danish Warmblood in 2019 and was named Stallion of the Year by the same association in 2020. He won the World Championships for Young Horses as a 5-, 6-, and 7-year-old. The dam, Black Beauty L. Platinum, holds Elite status in KWPN
The granddam, Kulia, is descended from the breeding legend Ferro, who was part of the Dutch team that won silver at the World Championships in 1998, the European Championships in 1999, and the Olympics in 2000. Ferro holds Elite status in KWPN and has produced more than 35 approved stallions, including Negro (sire of Valegro), Metall, and Rosseau (sire of Blue Hors Zack), among others.
