Presentation
Jacaret FHH is an interesting stallion who has already performed well during the BWP's Stallion approval. He has a lot of jumping ability and has proven to be very rideable.
He possesses adjustable gaits and good balance of his own. During the Swedish Stallion Performance test, he was evaluated as a high-standing model with a well-set neck. He is well-conformed with a score of 8 for legs and type.
Pedigree
The father, Big Star has a team gold medal from the London Olympics and an individual gold medal from Rio with Nick Skelton. He also finished fifth individually in London at the young age of nine. After his competitive career, Big Star has been used for breeding, although he had limited use before that. He has produced approved sons and good showjumpers.
The dam, Asmara Latour (rated excellent), finished sixth in the French four-year-old championship and competed up to 1.25m before being retired for breeding. She has also produced the full brother, Inoui FFH, who is approved in Selle Francais. The grandmother, Ritournelle Latour (Holsteiner), has produced six offspring, all successful in sport up to 1.40m classes. The damline has produced both approved stallions and horses competing at high level.
The grandfather, Diamant de Semilly, was a popular breeding stallion for decades while also having a successful competitive career. He has a team gold medal from the 2002 World Championships and a team silver medal from the 2003 European Championships with Eric Levallois in the saddle.
Jacaret FFH is an approved stallion in both SWB and BWP.
