Presentation
Glamrock was awarded 42 points for conformation and was described as noble, elegant, masculine, with a natural self-carriage. He has good limbs and an energetic, ground-covering walk with good overtrack. The trot is active, light, ground-covering, and shows good carrying ability. Glamrock has a well-balanced, rounded, and carrying canter that is adjustable. He is cooperative and supple with good balance.
The test riders emphasized that Glamrock has an uphill canter that gives a good feeling while also showing plenty of energy and willingness to work.
Pedigree
The sire Glamourdale has been brilliant ever since winning the Young Horse World Championship as a seven-year-old. Together with his rider Charlotte Fry, Glamourdale won double gold at the 2022 World Championships and, during the 2024 Olympics, the pair earned a bronze medal in the freestyle and a team bronze with the British team.
The dam, Fenmalia, has been awarded the Elite (sport) predicate in KWPN and has competed in medium-level dressage. The granddam, Wenmalia, holds the Elite and Preferent predicates, while Lamelia, in the third generation, has been awarded the Keur, Preferent, and Prestatie predicates in KWPN. Lamelia has produced two offspring that have competed at Medium Level A in dressage. The dam's sire, Jazz, is a legendary dressage sire whose descendants have dominated dressage arenas worldwide for decades.
