Paridon Magi is the winner of the 6-year championship in Flyinge 2009 and together with Caroline Darcourt, he represented Sweden in the World Championship for young horses in the same year. It was also the year that Paridon Magi was named “Horse of the future” at Ryttargalan (yearly award ceremony for riders and horses). Magi and Caroline have competed with placements up to Intermediaire I internationally and started their first Grand Prix 2012. In 2013 they competed successfully in Lövsta Future Challenge and took third in the finals during Stockholm International Horseshow in Globen and where part of the Swedish team during the Nordic Championships in Finland. In February 2014, Caroline and Magi participated at the World Cup in Gothenburg. In 2016 Caroline and Paridon Magi became Nordic Champions.
Paridon Magic is now competed by Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén. Their first competition together was during the Central Park Horse Show 2015, where they took a second place. They have also competed in the World Cup together, both in Friends Arena in Stockholm and in Olympia, London. In the summer of 2017 “Magi” and Tinne where part of the Swedish team who took the Bronze during the European Championships in Gothenburg. In addition, they finished with an individual tenth place.
The winter season in Wellington 2018 started strong with a victory in the Grand Prix and a personal high of 75,870% early January. It was followed up with victory in the Freestyle and also secured their spot at the World Cup. With a new personal record of 81,150%.
Magic is also called “Poppi” because he is a bit like a popcorn.
