Second place in the five star freestyle for Tinne and Magi

11 February 2017

Last night, under the glittering spotlights, Tinne and Paridon Magi danced to Puttin on the Ritz and did it so well it placed them second in the five star freestyle.

On Thursday they finished third in the Grand Prix, at 73.70 %, after winning team Laura Graves/Verdades and second Steffen Peters/Rosamunde. In last night’s freestyle, the tables turned a bit.
– I had a great warm up and a very nice feeling in the ring, the best I’ve had so far with Magi. We had two unfortunate mistakes in the canter program, and that cost us some points, but I’m very happy with him all in all, says Tinne.
She and Paridon Magi got 77.45% and they scuffed down Steffen Peters and Rosamunde to third place. Laura Graves and Verdades are in terrific form and were unbeatable yesterday.

Tinne and Magi have gotten quite som routine together now and they have an intense competing season in Florida.
– We have gotten to know each other better and better and the communication gets finer and finer. We have become a real team. As a rider I find so much inspiration in the fact that horses always continue to develop and their loyalty is remarkable. They truly always want to do their best.

The pair will compete again in two weeks, in the World Cup.
