Lövsta Stud Farm has, during recent years, built up an interesting collection of stallions for showjumping and dressage breeding.
– Our strategy is to have stallions of different ages, which are active in the sport as well as in breeding, Malin Cohlin, head of the Stud farm, says.
She points out the importance for breeders to get to know and watch our stallions when they compete nationally before making the difficult choice of which stallions suits the mare best. The combination of genes from Diamant de Semilly and Quick Star should mean interesting possibilities for further development of the Swedish show jumping breeding.
